WORST BREAKFAST I'VE EVER HAD Ordered a sausage bap and a veggie breakfast this morning with a coffee. 'Greated' by a scowling server who looked like she wanted to be anywhere else in the world rather than here serving her customers. Waited for ages for the veggie sausage to be 'deep fried' to within an inch of their lives. The bap used for the sausage bap was so dry that it just crumbled and fell apart when it was picked up....totally inedible! The fried egg was like rubber, along with the half slice of mushroom, whilst the veggie sausages were almost impossible to cut because they had been overcooked. And this cost almost £15! Absolutely terrible food and terrible service. I'd never eat here again.

A small Pan-Asian noodle corner where you get exactly what you expect from an Asian fast-food place. Honestly, I enjoyed it more than Wasabi. The food was tasty, fresh, and satisfying. The only downside was that the lady serving us didn’t know how two of the dishes tasted when we asked – I feel like staff should at least be familiar with what they’re selling. Still, I got exactly what I was hoping for, so overall it’s a solid 4 stars.

I had 1x spicy chicken with rice, 1x chicken ball and 1x veg gyoza portion on 23rd January 2025 at 8.52pm at Magor services on M4 motorway. Food was terrible as I throughly believe it was cooked some time in the morning. Very chewy and no taste at all. Had to through it away. The person behind the counter was more busy on his mobile phone than checking the food, I guess. Should have taken pics of food before throwing it in bin.

Sitting in here now, the place is an absolute shambles. First the fire alarm went off just before we got served. All the staff went out of the building leaving the customers to evacuate themselves, with the exception of one older guy, a cleaner, who came back to tell everyone what was happening. Shouldn't the staff assist people to evacuate? No-one knew what the cause was, although it was clearly displayed on the control panel by the door, which no-one was looking at. Needless to say, false alarm. Waited outside for a while then went back in. It was as though it had never happened, no explanation, no apology, nothing. So queued again for Chozen noodle. Had run out of loads of things including the duck which was my choice, and only two dishes were hot enough to serve because the power had been off apparently. We choose teriyaki chicken with rice. When we started to eat it was clear that the rice was uncooked. So took it back and, rather than ask for a refund, chose noodles instead. By way of contrast, the noodles were overcooked, almost to the point of mushy. Better than uncooked though! Had to eat it after 4 hours in some of the worst motorway traffic and weather I can remember, but we'll hesitate to stop here again. Nice cup of tea though...

Update: Thanks for your response Matthew, I've done as you suggest. Just to say; I've eaten at the Chozen franchises at Watford Gap and Chester and...

The SATFF WAS SO RUDE. There were 2 girls working I brought my family over there when asked regarding the menu they weren't helpful AT ALL, I wonder why even they work bothering over there as they both started laughing when my sister asked for the katsu curry ingredients as she is allergic to some part I don't know if the manager knows this or not but this is very serious what if other customers with allergies come and they don't tell regarding ingredient. Very rude I would rather never go back to this or any other same outlet store. Very disappointed when asked for ordering she shouted back at me with the flare can you wait and when it was out turn she headed over and told others to take. Please manager this is a request from one customer to teach you staff to be polite otherwise it's no good...
