De Niros — Restaurant in Wales

A very random find that ticked all the boxes. As a vegetarian I'm often limited for choice and not many places manage a decent veggie breakfast. De Niros not only had a dedicated veggie menu on the wall but a lovely full veggie breakfast that managed to cook quorn sausages really nicely and not the dry husks of soya normally served after too long in a deep fryer. Amazing cafe. Very welcoming as there were 10 of us. Food was exemplary. Only tiniest of gripe was there was a little too little of beans on the big breakfast. Although I think this was an oversight as my daughters kids meal was swimming with them.

Gorgeous food in a friendly and spotlessly clean cafe. Only place I know where you can decide if you want the filling in a sandwich, bap, toasty, baguette or wrap - fantastic! Alongside this there are so many other options on the menu.
