Domino's Pizza - Bridgend - Parc Plaza — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered 40 pounds worth of pizza for collection. On arrival, asked to buy a couple of cookies for my children, who had excitedly come into the shop (which was completely empty). Rude guy asked if I had ordered them in advance... I said I had ordered pizza but not cookies. He said in that case, there would be a long wait. I asked if the cookies are cooked fresh then and he said no. So basically, they have no time to put 2 cookies in a box. By the looks of the staff, I appreciate its probably up there with the most miserable jobs you can get, but if you are working in a customer service/hospitality job, please try a bit harder to not disappoint your customers, especially children who asked for a cookie whilst on way to pick up dinner. Ordered online, went to pick up food, and was told no order, they checked another branch no order. Money was taken from the bank and the order was shown online. They then told me my money would be returned in 5/7 days! Asked for a manager and was told that there were no managers then a young lady came out and said she was the manager I asked her name she would not give me her name because of the data protection Act. She told me I would get a refund in 2 hours. I tried to explain again I had paid for goods but they walked away laughing and speaking in their language which was not English. Lied to us twice! Sadly our order of £44.80 was delivered, late, squashed & inedible due to the cheese being stuck to the top of the box. We called the branch as soon as we received the order, they apologised & said they would refund us right away but to allow 5 working for it to appear in the account. 14 days later we went back to the store to say nothing had come through & the story had changed to "not to worry it can take up to 10/14 working days!" We then called head office after 21 working days, they apologised to us profusely as said there had never been a refund requested under our account/order.
