If there was a 0 star rating that is what I would have given. I understand that orders can be late especially with everything going on at the moment, but after 2 and half hours all of my order was wrong. When I phoned to tell them they weren’t very apologetic in fact the customer service was terrible. I was told I would not get a refund even though they messed all the order up. So after messing all the order up and missing items I was told I would have to wait even longer for the items to be changed which took over 30 minutes again so which took it over 3 hours from the time I ordered. Ordering food is supposed to be a treat but I wish I hadn’t bothered and I certainly won’t be bothering again! Shocking service and the food wasn’t great either. We ordered lods time from here been last 3 times pizza coming burned last time I was so frustrated and took taxi myself and went there to return there burned pizza they have made me new one I always tell them when I order I don’t like food to go west so make sure don’t send burned pizza they still sending burned pizza there business down there hill don’t know what kinda staff they have and how they cook food last time staff told me over the phone I’m lier pizza not burned so I had to take taxi to there place to give them burned pizza back and boss said they will have a word with staff and today they have sent burned pizza again we are spending too much money and food not worth it I suggest everyone not to buy food from this place it’s completely rubbish it’s not...

I have been a customer of these for 13 years or more. I have never complained about the food before. Ive never had any problems the food has always been lovely despite the chips usually turn up freezing cold and hard. But still i never complain because the rest is usually lovely. Anyway I ordered tonight and I had one piece of kebab meat and it tasted like a strong aniseed/ liver taste. And left an awful aftertaste in my mouth which made me heave. I was nearly sick.
