Porth Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered here many times, used to think they were a great restaurant the last 6 months I've had shocking service, won't lie I bought almost every weekend off them and they'd arrive early and everything would be spot on, for some apparent reason these last 6 months they've just plummeted down hill in the customer service and food aspect, I ordered my food at 12am and had to ring approx. 4 times, 1st time I got told it was going to be heading out for delivery, 30 mins later rang again said it just left the restaurant, another 40 mins rang again said it had just left again, yet it had already "left" 40 mins prior... another 30 mins go by and I rang again and this time I got told they can't do anything it should've been here 30 mins ago... overall waited 3 hours for food not to show up and all they could offer me way 50% off next time, shove your next times... was a great place till they started slacking unfortunately won't be...

Cant say it was the best especially since we are regulars.

Ordered via just eat estimated time 6:15pm turned up an hour later (with somebody elses order) we order for three and were given a single meal. pointed out the driver that it was the wrong order, 2 pizzas 2 chips plain burger and 2 cans (not the most complicated of orders) was told they would be back in 10 minutes bearing in mind the delivery woman was irate that "he's always doing this" (whoever he is, maybe the owner).

Nothing after 30 minutes rang again "the driver would deliver shortly". Another 30 minutes pass ring again (goes straight to voicemail. Manage to get through ten minutes later "what was your order again"!!!!!!!.

Waited until 8pm rang again "oh it will be 6 minutes". 6 minutes later it arrives burnt, missing chips burger had cheese when asked for plain and the wrong cans.

Not good Milanos' you have lost regular custom,...

When I have ordered from there in the past my food had always arrived on time or earlier then expected and always piping hot and delicious but the other night I ordered from there about 4.21 at least that’s the time of the call on my phone, (don’t bother doing it through just eat as they always put up the prices on their site) I got told the usual 45-50 mins for delivery and it never turned up tried phoning the shop and couldn’t get through tried ringing about 7-8 times and this was after about an hour and a half after delivery time so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again for a long time unless I go to the shop myself NOT HAPPY...
