Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

It’s Saturday lunchtime. I’m in Greggs at Hannah St. Julie & Julie and Georgina, Joanne were sweating and red faced and brilliantly coping with a huge Just Eat queue plus the lunchtime trade. Brilliant work from those girls!! So impressive and first class customer service. Beautifully done!!

It’s Wednesday morning and decided to check Greggs at Hannah St again. I’ve been in every day. It’s becoming a habit!! I’ve been served beautifully by Lillie and Bethany and Aleysha over the past few days and Ryan is a Godsend with is hilarious banter! A real asset for the future. Then Sami Jo brilliantly driving the service forward with spectacular customer service expertise. Goodness…where do Greggs find all this talent? The HR Dept should be in the King’s New Years Hons list. I’ll be visiting everyday for my coffee and cake. Excellent work from everyone concerned.
