Went for afternoon tea and was treated like we didn't even matter, waitress(who seemed to be in a high ish position) didn't explain how the afternoon tea menu worked or what drinks were included in it. When I asked for a mocha she simply said "we don't have that" even though on the drinks menu mocha was an option. She didn't ask if we had any allergies or remember to bring us the included drinks, we had to ask another waiter for it. Zack was sweet and very helpful which made a difference in the experience but overall the pastries were very dry and the sandwiches (bread) were very soggy. For the amount of money we spent £27pp you would expect a better service or at least nice food. The kids meal was very delicious and my little boy enjoyed it but we do wish the whole experience was enjoyable for how much money we spent. Definitely not worth it for afternoon tea. Everything looks way nicer than it tastes.

We had a nice and warm welcome from the staff. They all have been smiley and polite. As it was my birthday, they have treated me with a glass of prosecco on the house. As a starter we ordered whitebaits, they were huge, crispy and delicious. I had a roasted duck, medium and juicy,it went so well with the lentils. My partner had a fish & chips. It was a big portion, perfect taste as caught locally. Mushy peas were well flavoured. As we were the last customers in the restaurant and we haven't finished bottle of Malbec Argentina. One of the waiters accompanied us to a Bar area where we were able to chill after the dinner. Thank you so much for a nice experience to bar, waitress and kitchen staff. You made my day special. Amazing food with good views and ambience. Staff were very friendly and warm. We were not too hungry so had small bites. Farm cottage bakery artisan breads- perfect, good flavours, soft bread. Miso and welsh honey marinated prawns salad- good. Tempura monkfish- excellent flavours and blended well with bread. Celeriac and Pembrokeshire cider soup- interesting flavours and blended well with hazelnut and pickled apple. Our favourite and highlight of the day was the dessert creme brulee baked with Pembrokeshire cream served with welsh cakes and raspberries - best we ever had, will definitely recommend to try it.

Me and my partner had arrived at Milford Haven hungry and looking for somewhere to eat with our 3 dogs. We walked along the harber to try and find somewhere suitable. Everywhere was closed untill around 5pm (for food service) apart from the Ty. We were welcomed by two lovely resptionists who kindly checked if they were still serving food. They were, thankfully! We sat outside as we had the dogs, and I went in to order. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman called Serhat, who tended to my every need. He helped me select the right beer for my partner and helped me look for something healthy to eat off of the menu as I am trying to eat clean. He was very helpful and even gave our dogs fuss, treats and a water bowl. Serhat spoke to us about the local area and told us a bit about the company he worked for which was incredibly interesting as we live close to The Celtic Manor (who owns the Ty). I had the corinthians chicken sandwich with a coffee (perfect) and my partner had the bbq pulled pork burger which she thoroughly enjoyed. Beautiful location and lovely clean establishment. Serhat is a credit to your buisness, he really made it memorable. Will be back...

Very disappointed in service for our afternoon tea , slow to arrive despite being pre booked food looked amazing and was nice but totally let down by awful service ,no one came to see if everything was ok or even offer more drinks was told scones would come after we sat for 20 minutes after we’d finished waiting for scones tried to get waitress attention but was ignored she did finally acknowledge us when I shouted over something I don’t like doing , we had to ask for fresh teas as ours had gone cold after wait , honestly for the price there charging service should not be like this very very disappointed and it was for mums birthday 😞 have to say young lad behind the bar who brought drinks over was very nice shame about the 2 in...
