My husband is Gluten intolerant and we had booked a table elsewhere for our Evening meal after googling Gluten free places to eat in Milford haven. When we got to the other establishment it didn't have a choice of GF food, so we left and came across The harbourmaster. I popped in and although the place was very busy, the staff member I spoke to was really lovely, said they had a GF menu and to find a table and order at Bar when ready, there was a hour wait for food, but this didn't bother us. We found a table outside, what a beautiful setting overlooking the Milford Haven harbour. We went to the bar to order our food and drink and the staff member we felt with was incredibly efficient and really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. I just wish they advertised they were GF friendly as this would definitely help anyone googling places to eat for GF people! Even though we were told it was an hour's wait on food, it actually came out earlier than expected and it was gorgeous. My only gripe was the pots of coleslaw are to small.. they need to be bigger as that coleslaw is delicious and there wasn't enough! The GF choice is great too a wide selection of choice. We were staying in RoseMarket about a 15 min drive from Milford Haven and it is definitely worth a visit.

Me and my fiancé went for here for birthday cocktails on a Sunday evening. It was relaxed and quiet which was nice and expected on a Sunday. There were a few people inside eating and a few people having a drink on the balcony area. We sat outside on a bench but the food wasn't cleared away so we moved it to one end and sat for 5 minutes and still wasn't moved, luckily another couple moved and we went to that area. The waiters and waitresses were a little slow and clearing tables which was a shame but we moved to a good spot in the end. The service was a little slow on the food as my fiance waited 25 minutes just for his nachos and we did order them earlier on in the evening before some more people arrived. We had cocktails which were served within 5 minutes they were presented nicely and tasted amazing, a good choice of drinks! Menu is varied and has vegetarian and vegan options available. Also have specials and deserts. Bar area inside with seating inside and outside. Would recommend booking if eating on weekends. Think week days would be fine but booking is always good. Toilets inside. Clean and open space. Staff seem friendly.

Was really looking forward to going but was quite disappointed with the evening. When we got there we enquired about the gin tree. Non of the staff knew the price so they decided in the end it was £60 so we got it although by the end of the night we had realised that 8 gin and lemonade plus 4 gin and tonic only come to about £53. The girl was very rude and refused to refund the difference. The food was good. We all had burgers which where really nice and the coleslaw was lovely. The waitress gave us our bill at 10pm while we was still eating our deserts. Our table was booked for 8 and they didn't take our order till gone 8:30 so it's not like we was taking a long time. Staff was just obviously in a rush to go home. Food was good but probably wouldn't rush back any time soon. It's a shame the staff ain't as good as the food

Very disappointed. Ordered our food days in advance, having seen the specials menu contained a lot of crab based dishes we placed a note on our order indicating my partner has a shellfish allergy. We arrived around half an hour before our table was booked and about 25 minutes after arriving someone came out of the kitchen to enquire if it was 'ok' to cook my partners chips in the same frier as the shellfish is cooked, it is very concerning that it was even deemed necessary to ask, we were then told that there isn't a seperate frier meaning my partner had to change his meal. Considering if we had not specified his allergy this would not have been mentioned at all which would have caused him to have a reaction I am very concerned. It is also upsetting to know other dishes listed on the menu as vegetarian such as chips and onion rings are apparently all cooked in the same frier which as far as I'm concerned causes them to no longer...
