The Spinnaker Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Food was ok if I'm honest, certain members of staff need some customer service training...others were great.... it states on the menu that there no swaps on the breakfasts which is fair enough... and I was told I could add things for extra cost which again is fair enough... but when I don't want black pudding as I don't like it and ask them them if they can remove it for me and obviously not charge me for it ... they said they can remove it but I will still be charged for it!? How does that work? They can't afford to swap a piece of black pudding for a piece of toast or a egg... but we have to pay for something that's not on the plate? I don't think so... hense why I won't be returning or recommending!! You would think a local business would be a little more...

Clearly this is not 5 star hygiene Cafe, there was a hair in my mushroom and toastie it was disgusting I felt like vomiting when I saw it. When I complained the woman there just said the chef said 'Sorry'. They did not even suggest to replace the toastie or even offer to give a refund. I just had a horrible experience and I was still hungry in the middle of eating but I just could not eat so I just wanna say BE AWARE!! Also I have BLACK hair and the hair in my sandwitch was Blond, I have pictures to back-up my statement please feel free to have a look.

Further I don't think the cooks/chefs were wearing a head wrap so maybe that's why there was a hair in my food.

Lastly I just wanna say I've been looking at these reviews on here and they look FAKE!...

Very pleasant little cafe with excellent views over Milford Marina. An extensive selection of light meals, snacks and beverages to suit most tastes and budgets. The food quality was good and well presented, also reasonable prices. The cafe was very clean and tidy with welcoming friendly staff. There is a public toilet available which has baby changing and disabled facilities too. Outside seating and tables are also provided. Overall an enjoyable visit and I'm sure we will return again.
