The lady's were so welcoming and friendly. Very clean and immaculate in there. Knocks spots off every other parlour I've been too. Gutted they are closing today but they do have a shop in porthcawl too. Turkish delight was amazing, my husband enjoyed the raspberry ripple and my children enjoyed the cookie monster and bubblegum

This place is incredible! Nice and cosy atmosphere that is dog and kid friendly. They've got a huge selection of everything, starting with ice creams and ending with stronger drinks, heh ;) I love the feature of their hot drinks: they all come with tiny cones of vanilla ice cream... Immaculate and unforgettable!

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the ice cream was huge hit with everyone too. Would highly recommend. P.S the custard slices are amazing too! 🩷

Absolutely fabulous ice-cream and custard slices! I love the beautiful art on the walls, really elegant touch. We also loved the music selection and customer service. The only let downs of this place are lack of WiFi for guests and... the black plastic cups. The material that they are made of kills the flavor of the hot drinks. It felt like drinking from camping/children mug. The place is so lovely, it is a shame that you cannot have a decent ceramic cup to enjoy your drink. Otherwise, the...

Went into Cowbridge branch for ice-cream and coffees today bank holiday Monday to be greeted with no coffees too busy even though empty cups and teapots on tables.Also no dairy free ice-cream that's the third time we have been told that,so where is the dairy free ice cream has it all been used up and more required to be kept.Its very disappointing for the children as one can't have anything and either has to sit there with out anything or we all leave.Not a good visit the time...
