5 customers at 4 tables so nowhere to sit inside. Ordered a mocha and a croissant: the latter was put in a takeaway bag and when I asked for butter, they didnât have any. My mocha was served in a takeaway cup and although tasted ok, was lukewarm. 2 customers had crockery mugs, the rest like me had takeaway cups. Most coffee shops ask if youâre eating in or taking away. To waste takeaway packaging for customers eating in, when so much is being done to reduce waste. Not environmentally friendly at all. I sat outside in the sun which was pleasant, however it wasnât the quality and service I expected.

We always feel bad for going somewhere that is about to close but the kind lady in the shop waved me is in and made us feel welcome. They were happy to do us a takeaway coffee, which was so nice we bought some coffee beans for home. We were also tempted by the gorgeous pastries which were half price because it was the end of the day.    Read moreRecently visited with some friends, first time since the area to the back has been opened up and it did not disappoint. We all picked different items from the brunch menu and everyone was delighted with their choices. We took the dog along to the outside courtyard area and it seemed very popular with dogs, a lady bought out some dog treats which went down well! The lady serving us didn't hesitate to bring water for the table without asking and small touches like this go down well. Will definitely be back again soon and recommend others go...
