I recently had chole bhature, and the dish was absolutely delicious! The chickpeas (chole) were full of flavour – spicy, tangy, and perfectly cooked. The bhature were fluffy, crispy, and not overly oily – just how they should be. A true comfort meal!
However, one thing was missing: there were no fried green chillies or pudina chutney (mint chutney) served with it. These small touches make a big difference. Fried green chillies add that classic street-food punch, and a refreshing mint chutney helps balance the rich flavours.
Recommendation: 👉 Please consider adding fried green chilli and pudina chutney with the dish. It would really complete the traditional experience and enhance the overall flavour profile.
