Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

I visited my local greggs earlier today, my friend and I were mortified with our visit. Firstly, the shop itself was not very clean, there were wrappers left on the tables and on the floor also. It didn't bother me much until I decided to eat in. I politely asked for a pasty and was told that there would be extra charge to eat in, they didn't tell me how much just that it would be more expensive. Despite this, I agreed to pay extra, but, when I sat down, I realised they had just charged me 30 pence just to eat in which personally i think is absolutely ridiculous. I don't understand why because the tables were not being cleaned and we were the only customers there at this particular time. I ate my pasty and was still hungry so I thought I would have something else. I would like to add that the choice and amount of food there was awfully poor. Anyway, I had a pizza slice and even though my friend was still sat at our table and we clearly were not done with our visit, the woman still tried to charge me 30 pence. Over all, i did not enjoy my visit to greggs and I believe it still needs some improvement and the staff may need an attitude...

Seating inside and outside many Gregg's shops. If Gregg's customers choose to eat Gregg's purchases. Customers will pay extra to sit in ar Gregg's. Unsure if you air outside greggs stores. Where seating and tables. Provided by Gregg's. A different price for Gregg's drinks and food snacks. You will pay. More. Only food and drinks purchased ar greggs peoples cannot consume their own food and drinks. And sit inside or outside the Gregg's stores. Larger Gregg's may have toilets. The cashier was rather rude, refused us deals being advertised because she claims “its already gone through the till”. After she told us she has done it again and added the deals on, we paid and asked for a receipt, she pulled of 4 receipts that she said wasn’t ours then said the machine is broken. We asked for her to write it out so we could split the bill as it was a large order. The written receipt doesn’t make sense to our order. Overall the service was poor our food was cold will not be returning to this greggs...
