What a weekend!! From the moment we arrived Brian and Suf of Y Seren worked their magic!! We had travelled up to Capel Curig for my husbands 50th and all weekend nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, service impeccable, ambience relaxing and the perfect way to celebrate with special friends! We will never forget our weekend at Y Seren at the Bryn Tyrch Hotel and we would highly recommend their very, very special bar and restaurant!

We ended up waiting over an hour and a half so wasn’t impressed with the wait time. This place should look into hiring more staff as they had only 2 people working at the place when I was there. I was impressed that they had a good vegan options. I had a margarita pizza with vegan mozzarella and cheddar which was delicious.

It's a lovely spot, on the banks of the Ogwen, with tables and benches. A row of artichoke flowers welcomes us. They even have a portable toilet. The service van is clean and well equipped parked against the bank drop of a cheese factory. A very novel eating out experience. It also caters to customers wanting to take away their delicious cheese rich pizzas.

We are so happy to have a fantastic pizza place now in Bethesda. You can call and put an order and then collect it. Super friendly team - we always feel welcome. They have the option for adding a home made vegan cheese.

Perhaps there could be some veggie specials that change every month or so? (Although having a few veggie options is already a lot more than what you find...
