Made an order for chicken in satay sauce and when it come it wasn't looking like any one I'd had before. I started eating it and the taste was very odd. To my horror I found a massive chunk of pineapple in it. I'm allergic to pineapple and I'd never ever order anything with it in. When I rang to say. All they had to say was all there food comes with pineapple. Ummm no it don't and your menu is proof. Not even an offer to replace the food. I ordered a family meal over the phone and it took 2 hours to arrive. The concept of Customer Service seems to be lost on this lot, and while the call after an hour to see what was going on, there was no apology. They obviously haven't got a clue how to treat customers. Shambles. Also the Free Offer of additional drinks/snacks when you spend over a certain amount, didn't arrive with the meal either.
