Not the best experience, waited an hour for food to be served, my friends plates were cold so made their food get cold quickly, I ordered the pate' which was the tiniest portion, I know it's a starter but even so, one of the other bowls had a massive chip out of it, bread was missing from my 'backed' camenbert, as we were waiting they kept bringing plates out not knowing whose it was, at one point the older lady just left it on a table, then after about ten minutes picked it up and gave it to the table behind us, while we were waiting a table of four walked out as they were tired of waiting, it wasn't that busy and should not of taken so long to do, the table behind us seemed to get all the attention, I saw a review from 8 months ago mentioning the broken hand dryer, it's still broken! Hanging off the wall, no paper towels, nothing! Everyone seemed all over the place, I didn't order dessert but my friends did and they weren't impressed, also can I make a suggestion for uniforms, just a simple white shirt/blouse black apron and trousers, not track suit bottoms and a t-shirt or your own clothes, maybe for day where its a more relaxed atmosphere but for an evening meal out, step the game up a bit, it's all about the dining experience which on this occasion wasn't very good, I was going to put it down to teething problems but after seeing how far back some of the reviews go I can see the four seasons has been open for some time, I only hope they learn from this and move forward and also get the hand dryer...

Just a strange experience. I came here with friends a couple of weeks ago. Firstly I ordered a disarano and coke to which they said they had ran out so I ordered a malibu instead, then came out a drink and I asked what it was and the server said disarano. I tried it and it was neither disarano or malibu but the server insisted it was. I asked the bar lady directly and she said it was Havana? No apology but they changed it.

Then I ordered a pasta but told them I was vegetarian would I be able to have it without the chicken, to which they said of course. Food came, looked lovely I took a couple of bites and realised there was chicken pieces throughout, they had just scooped the big chunks out basically. Such an illegal way of serving food. We complained and they just took the meal away with no proper apology just excuses as to how it happened.

The language barrier is clearly a massive problem here and something seriously needs to change, I ordered one drink and one meal and both were sent back and yet considering it was a major 'mistake' with my meal they still charged me...

I have given it a 5* because normally all year round food and service is great but we ate for Christmas Day today and it was beyond poor. Starters came quick and were tasty and that’s where the positive aspects of our Christmas Day meal ended. We then waited 1 hour and 45 minutes between starters and mains arriving. Three turkey dinners all preordered and all completely different. 1/3 received a Yorkshire pudding, 2/3 received roast potatoes, 1/3 received stuffing and neither received what I call traditional trimmings of parsnips, mash potato ect and all the vegetables including roast potatoes were cremated. We parked on a car park with a 3 hour time slot and had to take desserts away as it took that long. The only meal you really look forward every year was really...

Lovely cafe along the High Street of Prestatyn, that we managed to park the car a stone's throw away. Looked all clean and tidy, ideal on a nice day to have an alfresco full English breakfast, relax eat and watch the world go by. Tasty food cooked just right, service spot on and all served up by a warm and welcoming friendly Liverpudlian lady. I can only say that it's a great shame that more folk don't take a stroll around the town itself when they come to Prestatyn, the beaches are great but the town is also a really nice place with some nice folk, some good shops and little gems like this cafe, that they have missed out on. Recommended 👍

Beautiful little restaurant/ cafe at the bottom of prestatyn town centre. Been meaning to try it for ages. Finally got chance, and what a good decision !! The service was first class, and the place itself was atmospheric and ambient. The food was cooked from fresh, and arrived hot and well presented. The restaurant also has an alcohol licence, so a pint of Italian lager was in order. Totally wonderful experience, and certainly didn't break the bank. Can't wait for our next visit, and I would recommend seeking it out if you find yourself in the area.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and I can't give enough praise to the waiter who served us! He was so friendly and welcoming! Food was absolutely delicious! I had the lamb shank which was tender and my partner had the chicken pasta which was succulent and the pasta was rich and tasty! Really nice portion sizes and price was extremely reasonable! Would highly recommend anyone to go! You won't be disappointed! Will definitely be coming back! 🙂
