During a weekend getaway with my girlfriend, our breakfast stop at Frankie’s Farm Shop was a highlight (and not just because she let me have the last sausage). The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel like we were old friends popping in for a catch-up. The place was spotless and had that cozy, homey vibe—kind of like visiting your grandma, but with way better coffee. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise given the quality. The menu had something for everyone, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. If you're ever nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in—you might just find yourself staying for lunch, too!

Really friendly shop. We've came 15 min before closing time on Christmas eve, and they didn't turn us away. The coffees was lovely. The service excellent. They were packing the remaining cakes and mince pies for the local hospital. When we left we've got freshly baked mince pies to take home with us for free and a loaf of bread. Real Christmas spirit! Thank you very much!

WOW - What a Chef! Wonderful family run establishment. For just over the past year, my favourite cooked breakfast title belonged to the chefs at a certain celebrity chef restaurant at Heathrow airport. The celebrity chef initials are G.R, you may have heard of him ;-) anyway, that crown has been well and truly taken by the brilliant chef at Frankies Farm Shop. The food was excellent, not only in its presentation and taste but in its quantity and we all remarked on how none of it appeared to have any grease on it, which for a cooked breakfast is incredible and adds to a better flavour experience. The toast was lovely and thick too. What added to the whole experience was how the whole family were attending to various duties and were happy and chatty and welcoming, all whilst remaining respectful and wearing their Covid masks. We all polished off our breakfast, there wasn't a scrap left, and we all (party of three) remarked on it being the best cooked breakfast we have ever had!

I highly recommend Frankies Farm Shop for a fantastic breakfast when you visit or pass through North Wales to set you up for the day, you'll be glad you did! Perhaps even Ant & Dec when up at the castle not too far from Frankies should pop in too, they'd be glad they did thats for sure!

Food was delicious and plentiful and cost a lot less than the previous cooked breakfast title holder. Thank you Frankie, we will...

Poor service and terrible food

The infamous Frankie is a jack the lad who should not be front of house. When asking if it was table service or self service he said "well I'm hear aren't I" you certainly are Frankie and with how you aggressively talk to your staff and inform everyone within ear distance about your cafe and the running of it we all certainly get the story.

On my once previous visit, was a great selection of hot food, drink and sandwiches.

Today was just the cold stuff. Drinks selection. Coke and tap water (we asked for lemonade but was responded with. "COKE! don't buy lemonade no one drinks it) oh and tuna and cheese sandwich. Fair enough.

When the food arrived was greated to an enemic white load of bread with over stuffed tuna and slabbed on butter. What happened to the fresh stuff Frankie used to be home made ?

It gains a single star for the decor and cleanliness. And because I can only do...

Popped in for a quick bite to eat, but waited an hour from ordering to get our food - didn't tell us they had another seating area out the back and had just taken an order for a big party. When we came to pay they told us they were cash only (no signs up) so had to go to a cash point. Feel anyone providing good customer service would have told us when we were ordering that there would be an hour wait and its cash only... Food was nice when we got it though to be fair. Exactly the same for another table in there - they didn't order their food together so 2 of them got their food, and the others waited an hour. They also had to go and get cash, so it wasn't just us. Only our two tables in there so atmosphere wasn't great as we were just sat...
