The No Dogs allowed sign wasn’t posted, I checked and the RUDE clerk without any manners or kindness yelled to get out! She admitted that the sign wasn’t placed. So instead of asking politely to please wait outside with the dog, ask what I was looking to get and maybe serving something, the manner she handled it was disgusting. Train your staff!! This is customer service. If you fail to communicate adequately, your reputation will go down. This is unfortunate. Nowadays this brand is going to the dogs…...

Wouldn't even give it one star, went in there and bought ham salad & cheese baguette only to discover after buying that in there for such a low price offer there were small little flies exiting the roll from inside, and noticed this when on point of unwrapping roll there were more coming out from baguette crawling on bread. Luckily l noticed while on unwrapping before taking a BITE to eat. I now left feeling itchy all over, sick too after what l just saw and HORRIFIED...

Greggs but for a fraction of the price. Same coffee machine/prices as a normal Greggs so you can get a coffee with a sandwich they made the day before. Pasties and bakes come in multipacks and can be up to half the price. Sweet treats are always amazing prices but what you want is not always available. Why pay for Greggs when you can get Outlet...
