Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

There are much better bakeries and cafes nearby to this Greggs, which is nothing special. Poor customer service this morning when I called in (during a quiet time after the school rush was over) to ask whether they had something we’d recently left behind. There were two staff on the counter and nobody queuing behind me so one of them could easily have checked this, but was brushed off and they implied that anything left behind just goes in the bin. A standard Greggs outlet - nothing exciting, but if you want relatively cheap food and drink quickly, it's somewhere to go. This place was let down by the manager who got very irritable when asked if they could heat up some food that didn't have the 'heat at the counter' sticker on.
