Been here a few times before and after it was closed for a bit...i can't stand grease and this is very little of it. The Irish gravy is well nice. The only issue I have is the wait time... put on some sausages at home went down here for just chips (less than 2 mins away) and I Did my get back for almost 40 minutes and I was first in queue!! It was like a tortoise going out back getting the bucket of chips then cooking them then just looking at them before serving then popping out back before coming back and wrapping them The food is great but it really is just the wait and there was about 10 of us chatting all said same thing "always takes so long" ... I have been before and had fishcake despite there being one on display had to wait for another one from out the back... I really think this place would be a lot better if food was served faster and things like chips were available when you went in...

Each time the chips were virtually inedible, hanging around too long, each time the fish too was dried up and tasteless. I hear better reports now - but I'm afraid to spend £12 here on fish and chips just in case. There are other great chippies close by, any feedback...
