Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

A Greggs is a Greggs, it is as good as any other Greggs get. It has had a refurb not long ago so it does look a lot more modern and clean. This Greggs does have all of the usual pasties inside as well as all a fridge section where it has all of the drinks, the sandwiches, pastas and wraps where food can be heated up by staff. One of the last new things that have come with the refurbishment is the heated food section where there are chips, chicken fingers and other hot meals available in a takeaway box. Customer service poor, most staff are genuinely nice however today there was a particular staff member who is English - I am English also ( I didn't get her name) maybe Karen and possibly a manager as she seemed to think she was one, and had to be a jobsworth over KETCHUP!!! After ordering a breakfast baguette she told me I'm not allowed ketchup as it's for the hot section only ( all day breakfast been hot food - no brainer) as well as refusing to sell me ketchup. This is my honest review of this place . When i first started going in for food everything was 10/15 mins away. Well i try to go in for a coffee as often as i can. The girls are so accommodating to my needs ie put my sugar in my coffee as its being made . That to me is class, its the little things that make Greggs the place to go in PONTARDAWE. Not gonna name names, but some ppl are so rude to the girls ,i dont know why ppl react to them in such a horrible way. So to sum it up Greggs girls ARE THE BEST...
