Quick caveat, this is a provisional 5 star venue but I haven't eaten there yet. So read this as a 4 or a 5 star but probably a 5! A great little spot that I wish I was local to so I could enjoy it more! First off the coffee is good, really good, and it's served in really nice crockery too. There is care and pride in every cup that's made and the presentation is top as well. I wish we'd arrived hungry so I could've sampled the menu, it looks good and offers a proper Welsh Breakfast with laverbread and cockles along with the more familiar breakfast items, that gets bonus points and an addition to the "must go back to list" in its own right. While we were relaxing on the comfy benches (with loads of charging points) I saw other people's food arriving and it looks good, the kitchen there seems to be an attraction in its own right. The décor is a small industrial warehouse style but doesn't sacrifice any comfort. There is plenty of room for small and larger groups as well as a corner for families with young children. As mentioned already there are loads of charging points 3 pin and USB so you can keep all your tech charged and use the free WiFi to get some work done or just scroll endlessly. All in all this is a great spot to go for a cup to get some work done, refuel and/or relax, I'll definitely try to get another visit in soon and if you're in the area, go treat yourself.

What a gem to have found in Llanelli! First and foremost, the coffee - I asked for a double shot decaf latte, not sure if this was standard (I believe it should have been because it was the perfect strength) but I don't think they charged extra so that was good. It had a very slightly odd taste but it might have been due to the decaf coffee, not sure. Also slightly too hot but we're the freaks that like their coffee around 60° 😆, but it wasn't scalded/bitter so it was fine. Texture was quite good. Also came with a loyalty card which is a very generous/useful novelty these days. The cake - we ordered a white chocolate rocky road and it was such a huge slab, served on a beautiful carved wooden board with 'h.' engraved. Really tasty too. Awesome decor, good chill music, wide variety of seating including some places with plug sockets which is really useful. We sat in the suuuper comfy chesterfield armchairs. Nice touch to be surrounded by local honey for sale. Definitely attracts young/'modern' people. The only feedback I'd have is I'm not sure the coffee machine is in quite the right place as it makes it a bit confusing when you first walk in as to where to go, and it's a bit of a visual obstruction so you can't see the staff etc. Overall really decent price for two coffees & a cake! Loved the vibe, will be back again when we're next in the area.

Humble Coffi is, without a doubt, the best independent coffee shop around. Me and my partner drive 20 minutes there and back from Swansea at least once a month to eath there. Coffee is great (coming from an ex-Costa barista) no matter what time you get there and the food is incredible. Staff is really friendly and approachable with a great sense of humor. They also frequently have Donuts and filled Croissants from Nonnas (The donuts are vegan, I believe the Croissants are also, but could be wrong). Nonnas donuts WILL make you hate any other donut. Very reasonably priced also, specially considering the high quality of the food. Overall 20/10 would highly recommended. Also, the owner definitely lives up to the name of his Coffi shop.

Had a really poor experience here for breakfast. I asked for a table for 4 and the waitress looked at me like I had spoken a different language and said no, I then asked can we push two tables of 2 together to make 4 and she then realised that she could do that and accommodate my group. I had to push the tables together myself which is fine but is difficult when you have a toddler being carried in arms. There was only one highchair available and no children's options for food at all, I don't know why you bother having highchairs if you don't want children here you may as well just be honest in saying you aren't child friendly, which you aren't. The rest of the group then arrived after 5 or so minutes and it then took over 25/30 minutes for a server to come to the table. When she did I ordered my drink and tried to order my breakfast at the same time but was told no, she was only taking a drink order. It took a further 30 minutes for drinks to come and another person in my group had to ask that server can we order food now, the waitress said she would come back and take the food order, but again it took another 15 minutes for her to come back. The servers had all been huddled around the coffee machines talking the entire time, while I appreciate it was busy if they had actually been serving I wouldn't have been so annoyed. By this point it had been over an hour, my child had become fussy, fed up and hungry and we still hadn't ordered. When food finally came, 1 hour and 20 minutes after our arrival, it was of a poor quality. The breakfast was greasy and the beans were microwaved into oblivion, the eggs benedict was slimy and the eggs royale was sloppy. Not a single person asked us how was the meals or if we wanted any more drinks. The meals are expensive here so you would expect a good quality and a positive experience with service, but my whole group was left disappointed and the children in the group wouldn't eat anything from the breakfast. When it came to paying instead of an apology for the wait all we received was a comment on how hard it is to enjoy food with children. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here let alone with children and I certainly...

I can see that a new representative of Humble Coffi Co is going through the negative reviews and low star ratings. They are giving a more "humble" reaction than the previous representative, which were comically horrendous and certainly not how you should be responding as a company. I gave a 1 star review and I am sticking to it. The same thing's I had issues with are the same things that I have read in other reviews of people's negative experiences at Humble Coffi Co. I have visited several times. The wait for food is ridiculously long. Only the one time I actually managed to wait long enough for an order to be taken. I would assume that a lot of revenue is walking out of the door due to the system that you have in place. It should not take over 30mins to have your order taken. Not served. Taken. On the occasion that I left my 1 star review, it was not only because of the food situation, but because the coffee order was wrong. My partner ordered an affogato, which was on a chalkboard on the wall, with a price and explaining what it was. This was pointed out to the waitress that took our order and yet, an espresso was received. Also, I ordered a decaf latte. I am breastfeeding. What I received was definitely fully caffeinated. I was rattling and had heart palpitations after drinking it. I have been extremely careful with my diet both during my pregnancy and during my time breastfeeding my child. I will not be visiting again and I would encourage others to read all the reviews before attempting to be a customer at...

Having never visited before my partner and I were excited to try humble having heard quite good reviews. First impressions were good, we liked the decor and it had a nice atmosphere but that's where it ends unfortunately.

We found the menu strange and quite limited with hardly any healthy options. I got up to order at the till I was stood there waiting for a good 5/10minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. One man there was just constantly on his phone. Finally our order was taken. After 15minutes our lattes arrived. Luke warm and a with a strange aftertaste but drinkable. Another 20minutes passed and I was just about to ask if they had forgotten our food when it arrived. We went for the eggs benedict and the chicken club. The eggs were very underdone, runny whites, the muffin hardly toasted, and it was swimming in hollandaise sauce, just one big mess, I felt ill. The chicken was overcooked and so dry on the inside and everything was tastless and bland.

On the way to toilet I could see into the kitchen and to be honest that was enough to put me off returning, it was filthy, and not just messy from a busy day, it looked dirty! My partner has been quite ill with food poisoning since visiting, obviously we dont know for sure if humble is to blame but thats what we suspect.

Also, the staff seemed more interested in chatting and having a laugh behind the counter than actually seeing to their customers. Perhaps it was a bad day but we will definitely not...
