Upon arrival, the "restaurant" was a building site for upgrades or part refurbishment, the building should be closed for refurbishment, it was not an appealing environment to eat in. When we were served, we ordered zinger and fillet burger meals. After 15 mins of waiting for our food, the team member who served us asked if we wanted another zinger, something else or our money back instead of the fillet burger. My girlfriend opted for the zinger, which she did not want, the decision was rushed as we were caught off guard by the request with no explanation. Whilst we continued to wait at the counter for our food it was overheard from the kitchen/serving area that the person running the kitchen hadn't put the fillets on as they were too busy and working alone, a rather poor excuse for somebody whose job it is to cook food. When our order arrived, the server offered a complimentary side as a apology for our wait time, I politely declined as I did not want to wait even longer for food that we didn't order. Read moreThis is by far the worst KFC in Wales possibly the UK. The chicken from the drive through is always very greasy. On one occasion a 10 peice family feast consisted of 8 drumsticks! We complained on a subsequent visit and nothing was offered by way of an apology. The nail in the coffin today was on placing an order for a double bucket having waited 30 minutes in a queue of cars not only did the child on the other end of the ordering point get the order completely wrong she only then explained that the KFC at Port Talbot had no bottled drinks and offered 2 cups as a replacement? When I declined she then offered 2 extra sides? When I asked for additional chicken or to take the cost off for the bottle of Pepsi she said the manager would not allow that as the chicken was counted out and she couldn't reduce the cost of the meal. Needless to say I drove off with no chicken. I have now lodged an official complaint with KFC UK head office as this place is totally unacceptable. AVOID...

The voice greeted us, we begun to order to then be told despite ample opportunity that the card machine was down, we then made the order fine. We passed round to the window where the car in front revealed itself to had been waiting in the line trapped unable to leave without service due to the fact the only option they had wasn't use a card to pay
The young chap greeted us fine and took our payment with no issues, we could see the staff inside including the blacknshirt clad manager working quickly, but it was obvious the management was lacking control as hard work with poor results means bad leadership
