LUVLY GRUB — Restaurant in Wales

This was my first trip to Luvly Grub and I will definitely be going again. The burgers were fantastic! The burger patty itself was full of flavour and a very generous size, salad was fresh and the whole burger had just the right amount of sauce. Very generous portion of fries and one of my friends upgraded to the dirty pizza fries which I recommend if you want to indulge. The milkshakes were also very tasty. I can't fault the food, service or value for money and can't wait to visit...

First experienced luvly grub last Saturday and was so impressed with the food and the attitude of the owner that I brought my daughter today. Didn't disappoint. I had a baguette which was really nice but still preferred my breakfast, burger next to try. Only one criticism, and not sure if much can be done about it, but really disappointed that a customer felt the need to smoke in the doorway. Such a shame as food is really pretty good. Takes over an hour to get delivered to my house which is only about 15 minutes away. Food is cold by the time it is delivered. Forgot part of my order so called up and was told it would be about another hour for them to get it to me... I asked for a refund instead but was told it would still take about an hour for the delivery driver to come to my home and give me the refund even though I paid by card? He never returned and I didn't...
