McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

The most shocking and despicable customer service I have ever experienced. The shift manager i experienced today has no customer skills whatsoever and clearly hasn't received any training. I had an incorrect order delivered from their app and was told by this shift manager that it wasn't their responsibility and was the delivery drivers issue. I had tried to call the restaurant for 30 minutes and no one answered so I had to drive there. When I arrived the shift manager was taking photos of her staff for some reason and when I finally got her attention to deal with me and queried why no one answered the phone for 30 minutes she told me everyone was too busy... I mentioned the photo shoot and she said she was 'appreciating her staff' and she was entitled to do that... ??? The shift manager was very unhelpful and talked down to me the whole time.. I was determined to get a resolution because the service was so bad. They eventually found my order.. it was under the counter and hadn't even left the place. I asked if I could have it and they said no bevauae it had to be handed to the delivery driver! You can imagine how I felt.. I was being taunted.. I said I wouldn't leave until the matter was resolved and the shift manager said she was calling the police! At this point the other manager decided she would give me my order (which I had paid for) but I had to give them back the wrong order i had delivered to me (which i did and they checked every item in the bag). Finally i had my meal and the shift manager said they were only rectifying the situation for me because the other manager wasn't prepared to stand up to me. She said i was lucky because if it was her she wouldn't give in to me and replace my order! There is so much more to tell but I don't...

N.B. I had to take an IMPORTANT ( at the time 🕰 🕑 ) Incoming 📲 Mobile 'Phone ( 🧠 Smartphone ) Call ! In the interior of McDonalds, Nantgarw, it was MUCH TOO LOUD & REAL(LY) NOISY with many people making such a NEGATIVE ( - ) RACKET 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 . . . for ME to be able to hear 👂🏼at all, what the person who was speaking 🗣 had to say to me . . . hence 'I took to my heels' & walked 🚶‍♂️ outside back to the PARKED 🅿️ UP Internal Combustion 🔥 Engined Motor Car 🚘, where I could then open the driver's car door of the car & get back inside to sit in the driver's seat with ( relative ) peace & quiet inside a CLOSED & CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT, ( . . . to what I had just experienced before, of too much LOUD NOISE 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 of many people 'Gabbing Off' 🗣INSIDE McDonalds, Nantgarw ! ), so I could listen 👂🏼 to what the person 👩‍⚕️ speaking 🗣had to say to me 😐 🤐👍 !

I DID NOT GO BACK INSIDE McDonalds AFTER THIS . . . as the peace & quiet of the internal environment of the controlled interior of the motor car was 100% PREFERABLE to the uncontrollable individual 'Gabbing Off' 🗣of the crowds of people INSIDE McDonalds, Nantgarw !

Ordered food from here yesterday. Ordered an amazing assortment of burgers and nuggets and fries and all that gubbins. Went and paid and was on edge as I was ready to nosh the steering wheel I was so ravenousballbaggins. Anyway I got to the window and I could almost feel the nugget slide gently into my larynx... until... I was handed a cup of coffee and 2 pots of sweet and sour sauce.. I literally could of eaten the women behind the counter as my mouth was so dry for food.. I handed back the drink and said this wasn’t our order.. she paused for a spell and quite lovingly said.. what’s your order then big boy. I told her my order and waited with baited breath for the food dream that was about to arrive, when suddenly out of the silence came the earth shuttering...”park up over there please love” Devastated but unperturbed I parked up. After waiting for 4/5 mins a lady appeared and wandered round for a spell (she almost at one point turned into BA Baracus, how’d I get here) before going in with food still grasped to her mit. Suddenly she appeared and it was almost like a ray of light led her to our car... there’s your order she said, check it to make sure it’s right. I regret it now but in my hunger haste I ate...
