McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

every time I go there staff are far too friendly not complaining. Went 2 weeks ago and chips was cold but as we complained the manager was so friendly it's unbelievable. She give me large monoply token instead of the medium. every time I come to Wales which is I always go to prestatyn or rhyl I wanna go to this mc donalds because staff are so friendly. Every time u spot something or notice things they say they are so sorry even when it's not their fault. The manager had a long friendly chat with us and give me dad the money back because the chips was cold and hot chocolate having no sticker on and that was the mc chicken sandwich. that day was 9/4/17.

Yesterday 15/4/17 we went for a drop off break and went the toilet. then mum phoned up saying we can get a meal for us. so we got a meal. Then we found some weed on the table and the manager and workers was saying that they are so sorry even though their was nothing for. Like I said I'm not complaining coz I'm so happy. They said the person/family had only just left 5 to 10 mins before us. Then my dad ordered a medium coffee with his 6 card tokens and how friendly was it for them to give us large instead of medium. I was so happy that they waved us goodbye see u next time as the mc donalds where I live around Liverpool don't do that they are miserable. This mc donalds has staff that are so happy everyone I come. So excited for next time I visit because as we go past I'll ask for a break and to have a meal. This place is outstanding if I was use u would come to this mc donalds instead of some others around Wales. Also it's clean most of the time. if the manager that spoke to us plz if you have got Facebook text me back on the think of the review my names the same as the review. see...

If I could give it less stars I would, ordered several times for delivery each time an item or two would be missing but thought everyone deserves another chance so decided a few weeks later to just go through the drive thru on my way out to. Ordered my food and was told to park up then waited a total of 27 mins for one meal no sides and already gave me my drink decided to go inside as everyone around me had there food and was told to wait another few minutes for someone to serve me. When they finally came over they had no trace of my order and couldn’t tell me what had happened they did gave me a new meal however there were half a dozen other bags on the side waiting to go out to cars and several members of staff arguing and blaming each other about who was responsible for them still being sat there. Totally incompetent staff all chatting and no one willing to take responsibility, manager should be speaking to everyone to resolve this ongoing problem and to be honest laying off all staff and taking on people with some common sense or at least more than one brain cell between the whole team will not...

If you are looking for somewhere to eat that could potentially kill you then this is the place to eat. McDonald's went above and beyond on breaking Natasha's Law and ignored the main 14 allergens that the law requires you to adhere to.

We ordered a breakfast roll with NO EGG! What do you know, McDonald's included the egg and my partner bit in to it a few times and realised there was egg there!! Well done btw. I asked for the manager and no one came, asked for the franchisee details as I use to deal with Stewart but he is no longer the franchisee here.

I am going to FSL.and HSE plus I may actually send it with the photo evidence of the order to the press!

No one from McDonald's customer service got back to me about this...
