Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

We ordered 2 breakfasts today Dec 6th 2023 at 1.30pm the food was disgusting the bacon wasn't cooked the beans were so dry I think they had been cooked first thing in the morning and left . The mushroom was only half cooked the fried egg was like rubber it could have bounced around the cafe , the toast was only half cooked so was like stale bread and finally the hash browns were over cooked on the out side but not cooked on the inside . One of the more weaker breakfasts' we've had in a while. Only gave 3 stars because the woman behind the counter (grey hair, I'd say in her 50's) was trying really hard.

Over priced for a ¾ cup of coffee. Really cold inside, almost everyone was eating with their coats on and that just feels uncomfortable.

My friend got served the wrong food, ordered a sausage & egg bap and got served a bacon & egg. Was told the correct order would be brought out to him, 20 minutes later it never was so...

Ordered omelette chips and beans chips were hard and looked like they had been left under a heat lamp too long omelette was rubbery beans were dry and the bread and butter was dry. Table was flithy no cutlery had to wait. Food took a while one poor girl on the till was trying to do a few things at once with a BROKEN ARM. wont be going back waste of £15 couldn't eat...
