Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Before Costa was given a reprieve, it was excellent, with the female manager, who is off sick, not around it seems to have gone downhill massively, the fairly new staff in particular Harvey, Sasha, and Katie are friendly and hardworking making great coffee, and today a young lady named Lucy was on her own doing a good job for someone, who is new to the store, there was no refrigerated food, and only basic drinks 😞 I feel we are going to lose this store if something isn't sorted soon, you need someone to take control there. My husband and I popped into the Costa in Next Aberystwyth for a warm drink. We chose to have one of their delicious ham and cheese toasties ( that really doesn’t do them justice, they are covered in bechamel sauce and oozing with yummy ness) Sam and Luke were serving, both were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Sam delivered our drinks and sandwiches and was so pleasant and polite, it was a lovely experience. These two are such a credit to the cafe and company, it’s a shame that everyone can’t be like them. Great location, the coffee shop is well set out and it always has customers using it. Costa has great coffee, a good selection of food options. The tables are usually cleared well and in good time, by well trained, friendly staff. The only reason this Costa and the majority of them only gets four stars is because of the lack of toilet facilities, that are normally always unclean and smelly. It let's the place down and also spoils it for when you get a table closer to the toilet facilities, which would never be by choice,...
