Munchies brynmawr est 1994 — Restaurant in Wales

So been a customer for many years & haven’t really had a problem until today. Let’s begin ….. I ordered a 10inch pizza meal for my mother & ordered myself just a 7 inch 4 topping pizza as I wasn’t that hungry. £14 for my mother & £10 for mine which I already thought was expensive but I let it off because I had 4 toppings🙌 total comes to £27 which £3 extra was delivery charge even though I literally live 4 mins away. So our food arrives, Straight away I realise that my pizza has little to none toppings which I payed £1 per topping!! Once again over looked it until I took a bite, Now everybody has tried the little Chicago town microwave pizza….. Comes out all soggy and just like rubber right? Well this was the same like chewing on grass & even had no crust just like the microwave pizza!! I didn’t even finish one slice it was that vile to which I then went downstairs to check how my mothers tasted…… Before I even opened my mouth she has said the same & all her food was in the bin!!£27 payed for literally one whole slice eaten between us!! For that price we will now rather eat dominos because somehow even that...

Ordered here tonight for a delivery. We phoned through and a nice guy answered. Ordered a hot dog meal, chicken nugget meal, and bacon burger meal, plus onion rings. Bill over the phone was£17 and something pence.

Food arrived. Opened door and the boy asked for a extra pound at the door. Why? Because we didnt charge u for a slice of bacon. .......thats ....ok, i gave a pound Opened food. Missing the hot dog meal....ah rite

Phoned shop.....they said u didnt order a hotdog. They put the man on who took the order and he said u didnt order that.....ah rite....what the 17 pound for then.....and passed the phone over to a rude woman...

To simplify, she wasnt interested, didnt want to resolve anything, and was quite rude. ...........but she got my full card details, expiry date and...

After years of popping in here we had two bad experiences..1st one a week ago girlfriend picked me up chips and sausage in batter it was fouls the sausage chips okay not the best surprised us ..took photo of sausage next time there showed her but the little woman who's normally very nice wow she didn't want to except my comments or photo..the customer is always correct they say but she didn't want to know ..anyway I did carry on with my order to my girlfriend surprised we paid over 12 pounds for once again a fish small which had hardly any fish in it and the batter like the sausage pale like it not been cooked ..from these two experiences and owners attitude we will not be going using this place again...the customer is always correct she needs to take note...
