Panda Garden Restaurant & Takeaway — Restaurant in Wales

Welcome people this is a place I would not recommend in a visit or order from based on our order experience. They are completely Rude on the phone, when I complained about food they suddenly don’t understand!!!! I ordered the food we ordered what we wanted and was not expecting it not there and then to be told it was there why would I phone you then...... A photo will be added of the order and they even ticked off what was packed and clearly was wrong, They even serve half portions now if your hungry this is not what you want to see..... I was told that it was correct and I had to bring it back myself and they would look at it what’s is the point in ordering the food when they can’t even deliver one simple order... I hope you take my advise on this matter as wouldn’t want anymore disappointment avoid at all...

I had a hot and sour soup to start which was okay. I was freezing and just grateful for something warm. The prawn crackers were very greesy. We ordered Singapore vermicelli, vegetable curry and Malaysian fried rice, everything was inedible. Tasted like reheated days old food. No flavour whatsoever. We didn't eat any of it, literally had a mouthful of each dish each. No discount or refund, just took our full plates away and brought the bill. Wow, that was shocking? The rice was so undercooked you'd have thought it had just come out of the paddy field. The salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken was absolutely dire, in fact there was so much salt we'll have to watch out sodium intake for the next month, and the curry had so much oil floating on top I should have realised it was going to be a shocker. Just awful and certainly will not be ordering from here again. They're lucky I gave them 1 star. (Tried to call them before posting review but phone constantly engaged, ohh I do feel for those ordering this...
