Pepe's — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered on just eat for delivery, when the food arrived I noticed there was a burger and a sauce missing, rang the restaurant to complaint to be told can I ring back in 10 minutes because she needed to speak to her manager, meanwhile all the rest of the food we ordered was getting cold. 10 minutes later I rang back and spoke to someone else, first they tried to tell me that next time i order they will give the stuff I ordered this time for free because they couldn't deliver it tonight, when I said that's ridiculous I want it tonight they said they needed to speak to the manager and will ring me back in 10 minutes. Its now been over 2 hours, the food has gone cold and I haven't heard from the restaurant. The items we were missing came to £7, that's not something cheap to just not turn up. Absolutely appalling service, I definitely would not...

order for 2 of us came to £19. It was about a 20 min wait but the slogan is, the wait is worth it... and it was👍

Ordered chicken n cheese quesadilla (lemon n herb) peri peri fries and a 7up Wings (lemon n herb) plain fries and a pepsi.

The quesadilla was bigger than i was expecting, i actually struggled with the fries but i made room😂 It was very tasty, lemon and herb had a slight kick to it, chicken was cooked just right moist juicy. The peri peri fries were seasoned nice, depending on how spicy you like things if you are more of a mild/little spice i would say you should be ok with these. Wings were just as good, although the salad, (more like the little bit of lettuce) you get i did not see the point of.

This is defo my new fav place to eat...

I ordered on Uber eats at 15:11 and it did not arrive until 16:30, I ordered a hot and spicy quesadilla which was good nothing wrong with that, I also ordered a pasta la vista (paneer) which is a new item on their menu, I would not recommend anyone order this item as it was so greasy I couldn’t eat it, swimming in oil so much my pasta needed arm bands to survive, I rung up when my order was 20 minutes late and the person who answered was not helpful at all and just said “left two minutes ago” so i gave it another 10 minutes and rung up again, he still was not helpful and just said “it’ll be with you in two minutes”, he then said he would contact the delivery driver.
