Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wales

We have pizza at least once a week and the last 3 times i have ordered delivery from here have been terrible. Each time my order was an hour late one occasion it was over an hour and fifteen mins late. Then the last time took the biscuit, it was raining that evening so i thought that I'll treat my family to a pizza, not only was it an hour late causing me to have to cook something else for my children due to them being tired and hungry, but the delivery person choose to put the delivery on straight onto a wet floor, i understand people are being overly cautious due to this covid but they could have put the delivery on top of the delivery bag and stepped away waited 30 seconds for me to pick it up and then collected the bag but no... they put it on the wet floor and was at the other end of my drive by the time i opened my door leaving it get nice and wet! I was going to phone and complain but my wife talked me out of it due to the fact that this is the third time they have been late and no apologies even when I previously called to ask where my delivery was. So they have now lost a customer who will never recommend them to anyone and will sway people away from there when...

I've used this service a multitude of times. Ive only ever had few minor complaints with them... Pizza crushed, base undercooked.. All rectified efficiently.

I was Absolutely thrilled with my recent order. I had such a bargain. And I ordered a tub of Ben and Jerry's that was on a promotion, they rang me to tell me that the one I had selected was out of stock. They gave me options of a replacement, INCLUDING non promotional Ben and Jerry's without further charge to myself.

And the woman who rang me was so patient with me when I asked her to read the descriptions of the other flavours for me, she did so without missing a beat. Just straight away, yeah I'll go get them now, one second. Super helpful and polite. Couldn't ask for more really.

One note for them if they see this! PLEASE BRING BACK BACON AS AN OPTION ON THE MAC AND CHEESE!...

Didn’t receive all of my food and when I went to the store to get the food that was missing. After waiting 20 minutes to speak to the manager I asked for the missing food and the food remade as it was cold when it was arrived I was told I could only have the food that was missing and I would need to contact head office for a refund. After him telling us we could only have the missing food for five minutes, he threatened to phone the police ‘if we didn’t get out of his store’ and when we told him it was the worse customer service we’d received he shouted back that we were the worst customers he’d ever had! Do not go there unless you want cold and missing food and a terrible attitude when they are the ones who didn’t deliver...
