Enjoyed our lunch in Pembrokeshire College Restaurant today. Although it is a teaching restaurant the quality of the food was excellent as was the service. The choice, of necessity, is limited there was a good choice of starters and the main courses consisted of a vegetarian dish and a chicken carvery, followed by a dessert. This of course changes daily so that the students get a good grounding in different dishes and techniques. A good selection of both soft and alcoholic drinks is available. Alongside the restaurant is a well appointrd and comfortable Coffee Shop. It is only open during the teaching week and certain evenings but, is limited to the academic term time.
