Snug Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Wales

Just left the coffee shop extremely disappointed firstly the website suggests the menu is a lot cheaper than what the menu in store advertises we ordered two breakfasts mine came out burnt with missing items then after 5 mins waiting for my partners breakfast to arrive while others were getting served I explained we like to eat together when we dine out so they started plating my partners then which also arrived missing items and burnt. It’s a shame as the food would of been nice If not overcooked but when your manning the till cooking and serving it’s probably hard to manage...

First visit coffee with complimentary biscuit very nice staff friendly, second, again good coffee and biscuit served again well, nice little wooden coaster again staff welcoming and efficient, this time we had food, jacket potato coronation chicken coleslaw salad tortillas gorgeous, as was my red pepper soup with roll and butter, both presented price for all that £16.50 worth...
