Starbucks — Restaurant in Wales

I always choose this Starbucks over the other one on the A55 at Llandygai. The coffee is always really good every single time, I do always see different members of the team there but each one is always as polite as the last, I must say they are very good at upsales (I’m sure head office will be pleased, speaking as a corporate RM we know how much they love that. Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Waited over 20 minutes for my drink, no apology or explanation. Asked to speak to the Manager who refused to listen to my complaint or give me her name or the name of her manager. I was challenged by some 👃 regular female customer who had no idea what my complaint was about. This customer and manager than started laughing and joking about my experience. Left feeling extremely angry and upset by the all experience. Please avoid this establishment like the plague and provide this store and its staff with the relevant customer service training and the 👃 old woman needs...

Staff rude, waited 15 mins, customers who were behind got served first, when questioned, staff said that the receipts do not come out in order, a member of the public came upto mm y husband and I and said staff work hard here, sometimes you have to wait, she knew nothing of the situation, when we approached staff, they said she was a regular who cared about them. Advised that we only asked how long would we need to wait for drink as people served before us.
