Starbucks — Restaurant in Wales

Well where to start, I guess the Carmarthen store is very consistent, it's just a shame that they are consistently dreadful. I popped in a few days ago and for the 2nd time in a few months I received the wrong drinks. The first occasion had the wrong food items and missing sauces, and both the caramel latte and caramel macchiato were plain lattes. This time around, I ordered two blond caramel lattes, one iced and one hot. I once again got two normal lattes and neither were blond roast. I have noticed that on both occasions my drink has been made by a store member with the name badge "Tom". He was also shouting and barking orders towards the young staff members in the store whilst trying to make my drinks. I suggest he maybe tries to perform a single task at a time in future and then he may actually get one done to a satisfactory standard.

The final straw that has made me write this review was finding a black hair on the lid of my drink, which I can only assume came from his unkempt beard - which was not in a beard net and most likely breaks food hygiene rules.

If you are traveling past St Clears I suggest you stop at that Starbucks, and if you are not going that far there is another one in...

Having previously been impressed today was an absolute joke. Wed 27th July - ordered 2 coffees & breakfast rolls at the drive through. On asking what was in the speciality breakfast wrap - I was told meats, egg, beans and stuff.. Alarming so ordered 2 bacon rolls 2 lattes one of which vanilla - we were asked to wait in waiting area. 5 minutes later a young man comes to the window with 2 coffees, 2 bags with rolls - accepted the hot coffees, held them as I wanted to see which was which - asked the young man to which he replied 'should say on kt' I continued to look quickly before handing to my passenger the young man drops 2 bacon roll bags on my lap and walks off. I called to him 'excuse me, you just dropped to rolls on me' he replies 'you were reading that taking ages, I've got things to do'

No apology nothing absolutely stinking attitude - if this was my first visit to a Starbucks I would not go back - I paused wondered is he having a bad morning perhaps, is he part of a NEET training program - either way he should not be practicing customer with that attitude. Hugely...

I ordered frappachino and muffin, I waited and waited, everyone had been served. They had forgotten mine, they said two minutes they would do it now. Waited waited nothing. They continued serving new customers. I said forget it I will get my card for refund. They said no no we will do it now. Their excuse was they were busy but the place was more than half empty and plenty staff. By this time my friend had eaten her food and nearly finished her tea. Eventually got my drink but after a few sips realised something in it was off probably the milk. My friend went to toilets she said there was a toilet brush in there that was nearly black. I went to this Starbucks a few week before they had forgotten my drink then. Found the whole experience stressful and won’t be going there again. The 1 star was for my muffin. Would have given half if I could. Think all the staff need...
