Subway — Restaurant in Wales

Absolutely appalling cross contamination. Gloves worn but handling meat and then hand into salad, witnessed several times whilst in the queue. Also witnessed a wrong phone order so they tried scraping it off and then tried wiping the sauce off with a napkin! No allergy etc considered at all and we're even laughing! We wanted to order a meatball marina but they'd run out and openly said noone had put a fresh batch on. The tuna and other fillers were nearly empty. The staff were too busy laughing and joking as opposed to doing the job of serving, restocking etc. The attitude was appalling, had to repeat things as they weren't paying attention. Overall...

Ordered a group order to be delivered by ubereats. The delivery driver only dropped of one of the orders, and proceeded to hang up on us when we asked if they'd collect the rest for us.

So we called the store directly who couldn't have been more helpful. They told us what had happened, and that they themselves were struggling to get a hold of the driver. The staff member who we were talking to, Nick, told us not to worry he'd personally drop it over to us. Not only that, he was absolutely friendly and professional the whole time. The willingness to resolve a problem not caused by them is not lost on us and we really so appreciate...

Well, where do I start. I've chosen to give 5 stars for my recent visit to Subway in Carmarthen, the one next to that chicken place (kfc). The two boys serving were like a well-oiled machine and flew through the queue of customers. On serving me, I chose meatballs 😋 they took my order, put it all together and I was paying for everything I a blink of a eye. I hurried out to my van to eat my subway. Was it nice I hear you ask.....it was delicious! Piping hot and extremely tasty! This was my first Subway in 8 to 9 months, I shan't be waiting that long for...
