Starbucks — Restaurant in Wales

The staff were very chatty and lovely however very clearly had no training or just didn’t care, I returned to this Starbucks for the first time in a few months after they used standard cows milk instead of oat in my latte and making me severely ill, I understood then it’s a one off and mistakes happen especially in such a fast paced environment but after not having been there for a couple months I gave it another shot as it’s much closer than having to drive all the way to Cardiff bay and it was all good but when I went again on Saturday after the gym this is what I was handed, it was meant to be a iced matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla and what I was handed can only be described as a £5.90 cup of oat milk with chunks of matcha at the bottom, it was undrinkable and the biggest waste of money in a while, mistakes can happen and the milk mix up can be forgiven but unfortunately it looks like this branch just does not care one bit, this isn’t just a mistake it’s careless and lazy, if they didn’t know how to make it properly I would have fathered them tell me that instead of handing me what they did. This used to be the only place I would come for my weekly coffee and cake with my daughter. Today's visit has been awful came into the culverhouse cross Starbucks the customer service was appalling. I ordered 2 drinks 1 being a tea the other a coffee and 2 cakes. I sat down at a dirty table as every table had cups and dirty plates with flies all around the cups. I had to go back up to the collection Point multiple times and ask for an actual cup as i was sitting in i was given takeaway cups,( too lazy to use the dishwasher to clean new cups) I then had to ask for milk for my tea, they also forgot my cake, however when I went back to the till point to be repeatedly ignored i waiting again in the que and saw several flies inside the cake cabinet I asked for my previously paid cake to be refunded. Absolutely filthy dirty and disgusting. I paid over £12 for 2 drinks and 2 cakes and couldn't even enjoy my afternoon with my daughter as I was constantly back and forth having to ask for things that I'd paid for. Absolute waste of time once again, numerous times I've been here and they don't have what I want and it's boring, walked in and two girls were too busy chatting that worked there, then after I askee about a drink I wanted it's sorry we don't have any cold brews, no iced coffees and no fudge, wow guys just close shop and let another franchise go there that CAN actually provide what we need, seriously just get lost, take your bad customer service and your constant lack of stock and product and your 32 quid cups for sale and bore off, I'm bored to death of this establishment constantly being out of product and unable to provide the public with what they want, and the monotone voice of one of their night of the living dead staff 'We don't have that right now sorry'....its as bad as McDonald's and their ice cream machines, your taking up valuable space in Culver, let Costa go there or a smaller business that will actually have stock and actually care to provide some...
