Today was a sad day for me. I lay in bed feeling apprehensive about the doing the big shop. Unsure of how to convince myself to persist. Feelings of hunger arose when suddenly I remembered, I could get a greggs tuna crunch baguette on the way out. I hopped out of bed. Leaving my room I ran into my first obstacle; shoes. I had lost my shoes and everyone was getting in the car. With the greggs in mind I slipped on some wellies and ran to the car. I was feeling irritated, uncomfortable and upset but the tuna crunch kept me going. I slogged my way around Aldi feeling bad, sure, but knowing that soon I would reach my goal. As soon as we were out I went straight for it I didn't even help the others put the bags in the car I just walked straight there. My face brimming with joy as I entered. The shop was busy excitement in the air. Then travesty. Everything that I had been working towards shattered before my eyes and I was left confused and speechless. There were no tuna crunches!!!!!:( Nor my trusty back up honey glazed ham. It was a catastrophe. I picked up a sad looking soup and went to the counter, when suddenly I saw a ginger man peeking through the fridge where the baguettes live. This is brilliant I thought my second chance I could ask them if there's any in the back. Hope was springing back for me this could be it. " are there any in the back" I asked. "No" he said. And with that one word everything was lost. The heat of the soup felt like disappointment on my hands. Then the ginger man returned and explained enthusiasticly that he could indeed make me a tuna crunch baguette. I squealed with excitement internally. Everything was ok now it was all going to be alright this ginger man had saved me. Complete bliss ran through my entire body as I sat there waiting for it. And then it was ready. It was perfect, everything that I imagined it would be. Thank you...

Massive thanks to Gareth for purchasing mine and my infants food this morning. There was a technical issue with the system and it could only accept cash - I only had my bank card with me. So instead of me going back home to get my cash, Gareth offered to pay for my breakfast! Top supervisor 🙌🏽
Fantastic service once again from all the staff this morning too, I’ve been a regular customer for years, mainly visiting the Wilson Road shop on a weekly basis. However this shop is closer to my home, and it has the beautiful, clean seating area that we love! Staff are friendly and very warm welcoming here too, which makes coming here...
