Subway — Restaurant in Wales

It should be called Sub-par, not Subway.

Ordered a 6” meatball marinara, expecting 4 meatballs as is advertised on the official Subway website, only to be served 3. When I questioned why the serving had gone from 4 to 3 yet the price didn’t reflect it, I was told “we’ve had a change of management recently”. Clearly a profit and margin-chasing one. For confirmation, I have contacted Subway directly to ask if this is now the standard portion or if it’s just this venue. If it’s venue-based, I certainly won’t be spending money at this one again! i went in to order food a few weeks ago and the atmosphere and service was appalling. the worst part was how rude the staff were, which was shocking. i decided to order from there tonight as i was unable to order from any of the other places and i ordered at 17:45 and it’s currently 20:10 and still haven’t received my food however it’s on the way so that’s something. i am in absolute disbelief with the service and experience i’m having and won’t be ordering from there again. i hope something is done about this as i have seen many other relatable things on...

Wont be calling in this one ever again. Service was very slow. Asked if i could change the salad in mine and she said i could only change 1 item. I said i didnt want lettuce as it looked 🤢 and no cucumber as i dont like it. She started putting what salad i wanted then stopped to answer her mobile phone. Stood there 4 mins waiting for mine to be finished. Customers that came after me had their food ready before mine. Been the same the last few times i've called there but i always give them a chance of redemption...
