Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

So went into costa today, ordered two different cakes and 2 drinks, waitress bought them over to us with a cake missing and just walks off without sayin anything. I walked over to the counter and asked why I’ve only been given one cake and was told because the other one was out of stock... so basically she charged me for two, and becuae the other one wasn’t in stock, was just given one and still charged for the other but told nothin about it. It’s just pure laziness and. It’s not the first time I’ve found the staff to be rude. Very unwelcoming and I find the staff to act hungover and dopey most the time. And will now be going to costa...

Great, particularly now that the dishwasher has been repaired and we can have proper plates and cups!!! Staff here are all lovely, friendly, helpful and even remember what you like best to drink. They do put up with a lot as unfortunately this Costa seems to be plagued by technical issues, ranging from dishwasher, coffee machine, hot water boiler and even the card machine!!! So come on Costa support your quality staff in this shop with some fast and quality repair/engineer responses. They and we the customers deserve...

We visited the odeon with our family and another family Friday 23rd June at around 7pm. The cafe was quiet and clean. There was a young boy his name tag said 'Curtis' I took note as I never normally write reviews but I felt our service warranted a review. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was no food in the counter due to the fridge being off so he offered to bring out what they had in the back which he did with no issue what so ever....
