Subway — Restaurant in Wales

My work colleagues and I decided to have a subway for lunch, we haven't had one in ages. I had steak and cheese which was supposed to have had Chipotle sauce, well there was hardly any cheese and no sign of any sauce. It was so dry. My Boss had Meatball sub and again hardly any meatballs and no sauce. They didn't have much range of drinks there either and this was early lunchtime on a friday. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. I threw most of mine away as it was do dry and we didn't have time to go back up. Its expensive too so I will not go back there. I was told I would have a phone call from the shop but have not received anything. Poor customer service and poor...

My 11 year child has just come home upset from here! He asked to order at the counter and was told "use the machine." He explained he didn't know how to use it, to which the employee said "try". He ordered his food, got home and it was completely different. My son was very upset that no one would help him. £14 spent on a footlong and drink that he threw out. Appalling customer service, will never return. How this place is still running with these reviews I will never know....

I went today at around 9:25pm and the guy working deserves a raise i went to get 2 rolls with my dad and ive had 100s of subways from this shop before but the guy working tonight perfected both our rolls and me and my dad both said it was the best subway weve ever had as it was clean perfect consistency and the guy working was hygienic and clean...
