Went to this cafe today with my partner and mother.

Really looking forward to trying a new place.

Tucked in to my corned beef pie and chips…. 3 mouthfuls in and I find multiple hairs in my pie.

When my partner left a review we get told go eat else where… don’t worry we will!

Yeah you took it off my bill for free. That should have been the case anyway. And then have the audacity to ask me if I wanted anything else 🤢

Half the staff behind the counter had no hair nets and the floor was bogging.

I will be making a lovely tip off to food trading standards

And you can delete our reviews and your comments all you want. We have screenshots and we will keep...

Always a lovely place to visit. Lovely staff with clean hygienic surroundings and a pleasure to visit. Been going to this place for years as I find it the best in Blackwood...some people may disagree. Everything I have tried has been piping hot, excellent quality and not a bad price. This place will continue to be my favourite coffee/sandwich or meal place to go for...

Our server was polite however, upon the food arriving there was not 1, not 2 but multiple strands of hair in the corned beef pie that my partner had ordered. This had put me off eating my food, they got a food hygiene rating of 5 yet really it should've been a 3 or generous 4. WILL NEVER REVISIT THIS...
