Dropped into Tesco cafe, used regularly. Today was interesting. After waiting over 20 minutes for a ham and cheese panini and toastie, about 8 customers in the cafe at this point, still no sign of food and we had finished our drinks. Cancelled the order and was met by Dawn, member since 2005. Argued with me about time waiting for food and was very rude and abrupt. I am a loyal Tesco customer but unfortunately will not use this cafe again. The toilets were a disgrace and not used due to condition and had to go to the store ones. Shame. Cakes and scones were the worst deal, £3 for a tiny bite size cake and £2 for a scone without cream and jam!! They are made in a factory , not home made , and a pack of 4 scones costs £1.75.
