Time Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Wales

Went into Time Coffee Bar this afternoon as a time killer to be perfectly honest. The staff were very nice and quite happy to wait whilst we looked over the menu to see if we wanted anything other than a drink. We were quick to spot the filly hot baguette and ordered that with a large flat white. Directed to sit down and within a few minutes drinks were brought to us. The coffee was so nice and full of flavour and just the right strength too. Soon to follow was the baguette which not only looked impressive but the smell was amazing. Tasting this was like heaven, Equal amounts of steak, onion and cheese along with some mustard. A definite winner in my opinion and will be back for more another time.

Waitress rude and argumentative over order ordered white bread she brought brown. Wasn’t contented to just exchange it had to speak to colleagues in Welsh saying we ordered brown how unprofessional. Then when she did bring white bread she tried to show me the order slip I explained we couldn’t of ordered brown as I have an intolerance to brown bread she then walked off addressing her colleagues in Welsh about my order. This waitress was an older member of staff with white hair avoid her if you go there she needs training as to not trying to make us look small in a busy coffee shop. I have gone there for years but can assure you I will not step foot in there again and just to add there were other orders wrong when we were there totally...

I like this place for coffee and a sandwich very much, particularly the layour and interior decor. The food is excellent. I have, however had problems on two seperate occasions. Do not under any circumstances, arrive there for drink and food after 3.30pm. They say they're open 'til 4.00, and will take your order, and then you find they're vacuuming around your feet, cleaning everything around you and bringing in noisy outside furniture. Not nice at all. In my book you wait til all the customers have finished and gone before starting clearing up. Sorry to have...
