Utterly disgusted by the service from this store. Partner used the drive through & before leaving the retail park noticed that cheese dippers were missing. One of the managers had the receipt to resolve the matter but did not return it.
Returned home to then discover our order was incorrect - 3 Big Mac meal instead of 2 & one chicken sandwich meal, food was only half cold due to having to return and wait and ice creams were half melted.
Called to complain and the only resolution offered (despite remembering having to deal with the issue of missing melts) was to return to the store to swap the incorrect meal. This was unacceptable having already returned once already. No credit note or free meal/chicken sandwich was offered on the next visit. It’s supposed to be a drive through and I shouldn’t have to make multiple trips. Complaint was made as this isn’t the first time similar has happened at this store & incorrect orders being served. We will no longer be using or eating at this macdonalds - we’ll go to macdonalds competitors at j9 just up the road instead who never seem to have these issues.
Poor cold incorrect food, mistakes that they fail to rectify adequately & shoddy customer service from managers - also they don’t bother to return receipts that are supposedly required to resolve such matters too....

When ever I order via their app, most of my food I missing, and this hasn't just happened once it's everytime, to a point I've now stopped ordering via the app
Now comes my next big issue
If you go there anynight between 12-3 (possibly later)
They won't serve you, stating "sorry there's a system update, we're now closed for the next 20 mins"
I've waited 20 mins, to be told the same waited again to agin be told the same
So I called their head office to see if this is correct, erm no this isn't the case.
Mcdonalds main office have stated that all system updates are within 10 mins, and the restaurant shouldn't close
All tye staff are just wondering round and cleaning
What's the point in being a 24hr Mcdonalds when you don't server 24hr
It's a joke......
I can't believe the staff are getting away with it, it's only been recent for the past 4 months, but it's getting worse by the day
Word of advise, change the staff or management,
If this was my business and I was turning away customers I wouldn't be in business, if I wasn't aware one of my staff was doing this as soon as I found out...

I never used to mind maccies getting the odd order here or there wrong, but now they charge premium prices for "cheap" burgers they need to rethink their strategy.
Using Uber eats for delivery is a big scam, Uber often refuse to refund anything that is missing from the order and maccies refused to accept responsibility, despite the fact maccies pack the bags.
So I stopped using Uber and started collecting, and on almost every occasion I'm asked to park up to wait for my order (which I hate, bit that's a personal gripe) and so many times I have sat for 25+ minutes only for them to finally come out with the order wrong - watching others on the carpark have the same problems.
Maccies, you are no longer cheap, nor are you fast food. Stop acting like it and start employing, and training, staff to get the job right first.time.
Sort it out.
