Sheeren Mahal — Restaurant in Walsall

i do not understand why 34 reviews on here saying this is a good curry house when its clearly not...they must be friends and family to be honest,, i ordered a chicken jalfrezi , ( curry sauce and chicken doner meat thrown in, im not lying, was not a jalfrezi) boiled rice was nice lol , mint sauce well what can i say ,you can see clearly its mint sauce yogurt and a lot of water mixed he must of had made 1 mint sauce tub left and try ro make 4 moer out of it , imagine (water) poppadom was bending like a soft sweet out of what we ordered me and my wife , i would not advise anyone to eat out of here , feel free to do so this is my opinion, i have lived here 7 year and i love curry but rhis has to be up there with the worst of them im sorry to say but if you can think you can serve people that food then yor wrong . please go and eat out of this place so im not the only person which is not a friend or family member who will leave a honest review half 3 quarters of my food...

Went there due to the great Google reviews- Exceptionally great food & splendid service by Ali Bahi!!!! I would rate this place 5/5; the meat Qatlamas were the best I've ever had!!! Then the Naan & the Samosas/ Pakoras reminded me of original Pakistani cuisine, they were perfectly prepared; yet rich in taste. Being a good chef myself, my taste buds were thankful to the awesome, mouth watering Lamb Handii. Hands down this is the best Asian Pakistani cuisine I've had in UK!!! The orange crisp Jaleebis & Namak Parahs were fresh & tasted superb too! A treat for my long suffering taste buds :-) Needless to say me & my hubby are hooked to this place for good !!! This country is in dire need of Indian/ Pakistanis restaurants like Sheeren Mahal. The pricing is quite reasonable too!!! Comparison: We got the Kalakand methai from the Laxmi Indian sweets shop next door to it & it's hard & stale, not good. Didn't try the samosas I bought...

I don't normally review but wanted to comment on QaDz who commented today, I was here with my family and this particular lady was sooo rude to the shopkeeper Ali, QaDz whoever you are you were just embarrassing yourself, complaining about anything and everything. Ali lad keep up the amazing work you've been doing for all these years. Been coming here for years with my family, love the food love the atmosphere, known Ali for years has shown myself and my family Soo much respect always enjoy the currys family nans katlamas. See u soon Ali my brother keep up...
