Big Juicy Burgers — Restaurant in Watford

I'm a Texan who's lived in England for almost four years now, and I'll be honest: I T don't like the burgers here. The meat is always way too dry and mostly too well-done for my taste. Honest Burger is good, but not, I think, as good as they're hyped up to be.

But tonight I ordered from Brim Burger on Uber Eats, and it was hands down the best burger I've ever had in England. The burger was moist, flavorful; the bun was perfect, the house sauce exactly the right amount of peppery and sweet. And the cheesy tater tots are a thing of majesty. Y'all mostly don't know about tater tots, which is a pity. These were as good as any I ever had in a Dallas roadhouse or BBQ joint.

The best part is the price is in line with what you'd pay for a similar burger in the US - much more reasonable than the overinflated prices of a lot of London-area gourmet burger joints that aren't half as good.

I'll be honest this place is hyped but for those that have never gone beyond watford this would be very average what I'm really confused about is the owners and their attitude, not really welcoming they were abit arrogant as if this was some face off, mate I've come to try your food, have some humbleness, the staff were great and really helpful the smburgers are basic but the loaded fries are one of the best I have tasted. Their milkshake are excellent and it was clean and service was fast and accomdating. I've ordered from this place 4 times and the burgers are overall superb!! There's a few things they could improve on however, please stop putting lettuce in the burgers, by the time you go to eat the burger the sad lettuce leaf has cooked in the heat from the burger patties and has wilted and is not enjoyable. Today I had the sweet chilli which was lovely, definitely would be better with fresh onion.

We also got the volcanic cheese bites today for the first time, and I was very disappointed. They were very average in taste and we received 5 bites for £4. Horrible value for money.
