Scooperb Watford — Restaurant in Watford

I have been to Scooperb several times.

Experience depends very much on staff.

Previously I had gone with my friend where she ordered a vegan waffle and specifically asked for nuts to be removed as she has a nut allergy. The waffle arrived and it had nuts on it. We asked why the nuts were there and the staff said sorry and remade it. Then he remade it and it had different toppings which included milk chocolate... on a vegan waffle. My friend just didn't bother and had the waffle with the milk choc (as that was not an allergy). Waffles weren't the greatest and was still very doughy in the middle.

After hearing great reviews about the gelato, I decided to go back. Hundred percent recommend! My family and I purchased Lychee, Guava and Biscoff. The Guava was very moreish and complimented very well the Lychee. Guava tasted just like the fruit. The Biscoff was vegan and also tasted very much like Lotus Biscoff spread. It had a strange elastic consistency but still tasted very good. Staff- very clear...

An exotic ice cream and dessert parlour in the middle of St Albans Road in Watford. An interesting range of flavours on offer, which brings a USP like no other.

We visited for the first time during the week, on a hot Tuesday afternoon. The shop was clean, comfortable and good with signage. We were the only people inside and was incredibly quiet.

The service was friendly and offered us a few samples. We opted for the Paan and Guava in a tub. The Guava was sweet, light and delicious, while the Paan was also sweet yet packed a strong taste.

Disappointed that there were not many Vegan options, hoping that there would have had more than the standard flavours you see.

Overall a good first time experience. We would visit again and perhaps try other items...
