After not visiting this location for a while we were once again, sadly reminded that it is usually more miss than hits at this restaurant. Out of the five items we ordered, only two were fine. We requested and PAID for an extra item on two burgers and neither had it, another didn't have an item removed. So what happens when a person is allergic to an ingredient and you forget to remove it as requested? This is something that happens regularly, shame I forgot to check inside the burgers as I only checked we had the right amount of items. Not that I should check, the stickers on the boxes said it should have had it. Then also, the condition and temperature of the food, terrible and messy. In other occasions we have to tell the drive through attendants to check that the items we have paid extra for are there because they were missing previously. Once, we were given three burgers with only one side of the bun, this was unbelievable. If it wasn't because of the convenience of the distance we would have given this location a miss already. Perhaps we will have to in the future if they don't respond to their mistakes by improving and seeking for the right standard of their products. McDonald's you are taking our money without producing what you are advertising and charging your customers for. The ladies at the drive through windows were doing their job fine shame I can't give them stars separately, so the one star is for those involved in the food preparation and the low standard the manager is setting at this location. Read moreSat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Finally decided to park and try my luck inside. There was one server taking an order. I waited politely. About 5 minutes later, the other customer is still looking at his phone and the server standing there with a blank look. So I asked her (not interrupting the order as the other guest was looking at his phone - McDonald’s management please refer to Cctv) and I said “excuse me, I just need 2 cheeseburgers. I have been waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru and now more waiting here…is there any way you can assist?” Maybe bring in another server etc… To my surprise the other guest looks up from his phone and tells me off for interrupting his order! The server just stood there with a blank face. As usual she stood there completely indifferent to whether a sale is made or not…she still gets paid at the end of the month! The other guest laid it out to me as if it’s my fault and so almost half an hour later not wanting to have an argument with another guest I walked out. Drive thru is extremely slow and it’s surprising that management can’t identify the problem slowing service down and aren’t trying to look for solutions to speed things up. Read moreI have been to this store a number of times. Though the staff are friendly. However can't say the same for the management. One word Disgraceful. I have seen a few times that the managers of this store are really indifferent towards their staff, to the point that I know that some have left because of this. When I mean indifferent, they are both part of the LGBT community and only favour those that are within their own circle. Why do I say this? Because as I've said in the beginning I've been to this store many many times. And seen the indifference towards not just their own staff but to some customers as well. I get that these days every company wants to be welcome to all backgrounds and communities but that does not mean you should act indifferent and disgusting to those outside 'your circle' especially if it's coming from the top end of store - the Managers.
